Hi There.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks for your top service.
My old drop saw had a terminal meltdown last Wednesday afternoon. After checking out the local 'best prices', I decided to order a Hitachi saw on your web site on Thursday evening. Your e-mails kept me in touch with the order through to shipping on Friday. All good stuff.
To top all that, the saw arrived today, before lunch. I was set up and cutting before 2PM.
Needless to say I'm very impressed!
To confirm an order and dispatch in 1 day, and to get such a large item from one end of the country to another so quickly deserves a note of thanks.

Hi Blair,
Just to let you know that the Makita Drop Saw LS1018L that I ordered at the Home Show was delivered today.
So I have spent the afternoon familiarizing myself with it, and am very pleased, look forward to some serious use shortly.
The personnel at PowerTool Shop Manukau have been both knowledgeable and helpful. (It sure beats trying to deal with the likes of Bunnings and Mitre 10)
